We strive to fulfill all orders as per the specifications and timelines provided. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to ship or deliver your order, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded to you.

Order Cancellations

  • No Cancellations Post-Order: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Modifications: We accept modifications to orders or shipping addresses if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a modification, please email us at support@uniwigshop.com. However, we cannot guarantee modifications as order processing begins immediately.

No Return or Refund Policy

Due to strict hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for our products. Please ensure that you select the correct product, model, and color before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the event that you receive a damaged product.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@uniwigshop.com immediately.
  • Video Proof Required: A video of the unboxing process is mandatory to validate the damage claim.
  • Packaging Requirements: The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (including Wig Clips). Proper packaging is the customer’s responsibility to prevent damage during transit.
  • Exchange Process: Once we receive and verify the damaged product, we will proceed with the exchange.

Products Damaged During Transit

  • Reporting Damage: If you receive a product in defective or damaged condition, you must notify us within 5 hours of receipt. A video of the unboxing is required.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for repair or replacement of the product. Please return the product in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Order Not Confirmed but Amount Deducted

  • Bank Resolution: If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please contact your bank. It may take up to 7 business days for the bank to reverse the amount.
  • Further Assistance: If the issue persists after 7 business days, contact our customer support at support@uniwigshop.com

Exemptions

We may refuse to provide a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product was purchased as a sale or promotional item (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
  • The product was misused or tampered with.
  • The product was a gift or free service.
  • Any exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2022, apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours are accepted, but only store credit will be issued, not a refund.
  • Sale Items: No cancellations or changes will be accepted for items purchased during a sale. No returns or exchanges will be made for sale items. Orders placed before a sale cannot be canceled to take advantage of the sale.
